John Munson

I am a Senior in the Geospatial Science major at Metropolitan State University of Denver and have a G.I.S. Certificate from there as well. I am originally from Lake Forest, Illinois. I am now looking for a paid full/part time internship in the G.I.S. & Remote Sensing field in the U.S.A. or Austria.

My main area of interest in GIS is the geological interpretation of remote sensing/satellite imagery. I have studied geology extensively and am trained using ArcGIS Pro and QGIS in cartography, remote sensing and spatial analysis applications. I also have some Python training. Besides being fluent in English as a native speaker, I also have a working knowledge of German, French and Spanish.
